The law firm of Bourne, Noll & Kenyon in Summit has announced that
Ellyn A. Draikiwicz has returned to the firm as a member and Claire E. Toth has
become counsel to the firm.
Ms. Draikiwicz has extensive experience counseling
clients with regard to estate planning and trust and estate
administration. She also represents
financial institutions in lending transactions and individuals and entities in
connection with real estate purchase and sale transactions.
Ms. Draikiwicz is a graduate of Georgetown University,
Seton Hall University School of Law and received a Master of Laws in Taxation
from New York University School of Law. Ellyn is a resident of Warren Township.
She volunteers extensively in her
community and has served as PTO President of the Warren Middle School for six
years, as a volunteer at the Wagner Farm Arboretum and as a member of the
Valerie Fund Pride Month Committee.
After serving a judicial clerkship and an
associate position at a Newark
law firm she joined Bourne, Noll & Kenyon in 1991 as an associate and
became a member of the firm in 1995.

Ms. Toth has focused her career on privately held
businesses and individuals. In this
capacity, her practice extends from business formation to retirement plans to
estate planning.
Ms. Toth continues as Vice President of Point View
Wealth Management, Inc., a Summit Registered Investment Advisory firm. In that role, she heads up financial planning
services for individuals and families.
Claire is a graduate of the University of Chicago,
where she was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa, and the University of Chicago Law
School. She received her Master of Laws
in Taxation from Georgetown
University.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Toth spent twelve years in
the Office of IRS Chief Counsel, where she oversaw rulings and regulations for
partnerships, S corporations, estates, and trusts. She has served as Treasurer to the Summit
Educational Foundation, the Summit Business and Professional Women’s Club, and
Macculloch Hall house museum in Morristown. She sits on the Summit Historic Preservation
Commission. Claire speaks frequently
before groups ranging from the Overlook Foundation to S.A.G.E., as well as to
